How did you get started teaching?
Started teaching at my martial arts school when I was 12, and I fell in love with it. Took those skills and transferred them to an academic setting
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with students as young as 3 all the way up to 17.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise seeing how they teach and communicate. There's three ways of learning. Auditory, visually, and kinesthetic. Most are able to hit one or two. You would want someone who can hit all three.
