Spanish Tutoring
About
I am a senior at Duquesne University pursuing a B.A in Economics. I was born in Mexico and immigrated to the USA when I was 7 years old. Spanish was my first language and it still remains the chosen language at home. I have a passion for helping other students understand and learn Spanish and would love to help more people who are interested!
I enjoy helping people learn a new language because it opens the door for more opportunities, whether that be traveling, new work opportunities, or even being able to communicate with relatives, and it is a great skill to have!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically a student will contact me via email or cell and give me a short explanation of what they need help with, whether that be grammar, vocabulary, conjugations, etc. After I see what the student is struggling with, I will create a blueprint for how to best teach the student the material they are struggling with, which may include practice problems, video chats, etc to make sure the student is learning the material in a way they will understand the best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
