Wendy Hunt

I'm Wendy, and am thrilled to have the opportunity to make learning fun for the elementary students that I work with! As a passionate teacher who has worked in a classroom for 22 years, I feel that kids learn best when they are comfortable enough to make mistakes, and learn from them. I believe that it's critically important to know my students on a personal level, and to give them opportunities to make choices in their learning. I like to use progress monitoring, so that I can adjust my teaching accordingly. Parent communication is an integral part of fostering a well-rounded experience for my students. I can't wait to meet you and begin our learning journey together!
