My name is Mariano Jimenez I am a tutor dedicated to any area of the social sciences or languages (English/Spanish). I have over 6 years of experience with palpable results that are effective in little to no time. My methods are based on learning for understanding, not completing a homework assignment, through the Socratic method. The latter is based upon a dialogue where thought-provoking questions are posed. In other words, I guide my students to understand the material without answering immediately. I love to work as a tutor because it allows me to give back to my community. My business stands out because my image and reputation are on the line as much as each of my clients. Working freelance and not for a big company means I give 100% to my clients to ensure their success.
