About
As a college student, I am quite familiar with different types of writing. I am able to help writers brainstorm, begin, and edit pieces of writing. In addition, I have extensive experience correcting different grammar issues.
I love reading pieces of writing. It is awesome to see someone's personality shine through their writing. Helping someone to make a piece of writing their own is a special thing. Being able to write in a consise yet descriptive way is something I have much experience with, and I enjoy helping others work to improve their writing.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to first hear what the student's goals are. Then create a plan for how we can achieve those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a writing tutor at my college (Wagner College) where I read many different pieces of writing for various classes.

Per hour. Prices varies per grade level.
How did you get started teaching?
I started to develop an interest for writing in college. I began tutoring at my school's writing center. Now I also do private tutoring sessions.

I have worked with elementary and middle school students as well as students in college.
