Max At SoFlo SAT Tutors

Hi, I'm Max. I love working with students! One fun fact about me is that I once ran a mile in exactly 4:20. I'm an outdoorsy type of person by nature, as well as enthusiastic! For me, the most rewarding part of tutoring is when a new concept “clicks” with a student - their excitement is contagious, and it’s a privilege to be able to help them reach that point!

I partner with students on a one-on-one basis in the SAT and ACT through SoFlo Tutors, my tutoring agency. I scored in the top percentile on both exams, graduated from Willamette University with a degree in Political Science, and have been tutoring with SoFlo for 3 years. We use assessment to identify gaps, then create strategies to address them through effective practice.
