Asked for money upfront and then resfused to refund when I told him that he was not for me. He’s blocked my number and refused to refund my money. I’m contacting police

Ben was amazing, I admire his work ethic we don’t see that much amongst people his age. He was very helpful even on a day when I did not feel like doing tutoring after working a full-time job coming home cooking for my kid and then two hours left before I have to go to a second job, I appreciate his diligence and I would recommend him to anyone especially if you’re an adult going to school because he will not let you quit or give up. And I hope my son shows the same work ethic when he goes off to college it’s been a shown while he was working tutoring and going to school
