Ariel Franchak, Certified Reading Specialist And Special Education Teacher
About
I'm passionate about teaching reading to students of all ages! I love introducing students to books and authors that they love. But, I also enjoy teaching students how to read as well! Currently, I am a reading tutor for a cyber school and work with students in elementary through high school. I love teaching phonics, syllable types, Greek and Latin Roots, prefixes and suffixes. I am a certified reading specialist, special education and elementary teacher with over 13 years of teaching experience. I spend time getting to know my students' interests and incorporate what they enjoy into each of their lessons so learning is always fun! Each tutoring session will be 100% individualized to meet your child's needs. Currently, I am offering only remote (virtual) tutoring sessions.
