About
My service stands out because I personalize tutoring sessions to the individual student's learning style. I understand the need for utilizing different learning styles to fully grasp complex concepts in difficult fields such as chemistry and biology. I understand the need for tutoring since I have been in a similar spot with academics early in my educational career, leading me to tutor other students.
As a student pursuing their Ph.D. in neuroscience, I understand the importance of utilizing tutors to enhance their education. I enjoy academics. The subjects that I tutor I love, and I want other students to love these subjects as well leading me to tutoring.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a student, I will first identify the level they are working at. From there, we will begin practice problems, so I may learn their learning style. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a senior biological sciences and psychology dual major, minoring in neuroscience and chemistry at Rowan University. I have previously worked as a academic tutor at Rowan College of South Jersey and as a peer academic mentor at Rowan University.
