Galeo Stoveken

My primary goal with my students is to create a welcoming and productive environment. I welcome students of all ages, all minorities, and can work well with students with ADHD or ASD. I am also a safe person for members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I remain patient and am willing to work at the student’s pace, but am also able to push for more work or effort if needed. Practice makes perfect, so even once a topic is seemingly mastered, I’ll make sure to revisit it every so often to make sure it sticks.

Many classrooms and teachers focus on remembering and reciting rather than actually learning, and I’d like to change that by making sure my students are truly learning and comprehending the subject.
