Spanish Learning Easy And Fun
About
Spanish is my first language. It is my mother tongue. It is the language spoken at home and spoken in my country of Honduras. I am currently located in Pennsylvania. No language tutor will be better than one who was born with the language. I learned English when I was just six years old so I am almost an expert in American English too. I'm from Central America so I coach Latin American style accent not Spaniard!
I really enjoy teaching the language and about the culture. It is beautiful to see cultures coming together to learn about each other.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first see what level they are on or what areas they need more help in. I can work from first-timers to advanced speakers working on their accents. I work online.
1. I make google slides and docs based on your needs and areas of expertise in the language.
2. I message and record audio recordings.
3. If you are comfortable then I video chat through social media. I mostly use my Instagram for my students.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a freshman in college, I am not majoring in languages rather international business so I am learning two other languages myself but Spanish is my native tongue, I speak more Spanish on a daily than I do English. I have taken Spanish courses before to test it out but I believe that learning a language is much more than memorizing a few words, you have to live the language and practice speaking with a native.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I learn French and Korean myself and these prices are the ones I pay as I cannot afford high prices but I also know the work, effort, and time a language tutor puts, does and needs. I enjoy teaching people more about my culture so I actually have a very low pricing system for lessons to start off.
Prices:
$17USD/hour (one-off lesson)
$15USD/hour ( 2 pre-booked)
$12USD/hour ( 3 pre-booked)
How did you get started teaching?
I have always translated documents and speeches so I thought I should just help teach the language.
What types of students have you worked with?
All my students have been teenagers but I have no issue working with older students.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My family and I do not really have any close family members or friends so we did not know what to do this past Christmas day and we randomly decided to go on a small road trip to New Jersey close to NYC. We ate lots of seafood, went to a park to get a view of the city and laughed lots and took pictures and felt very united knowing it is just us five in this very big world.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
First, I am proud of you for trying to search more about learning Spanish, Two, be honest to yourself and be open about your needs with learning the language. It is okay to need a lot of help.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Will this make the teacher uncomfortable?
Will this answer my question?
Am I not being reasonable?
