About
I have been in the shoes of students struggling with science courses whether it's hard material or the teacher/professor simply is getting through to you. Would love to try and help anyone in need!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Help identify the root of the problem at hand. What the student is really struggling with. Work with the student to figure out a way that would help he/she would understand the material. Once a student seems to grasp the material, work on practice problems to reinforce everything learned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated high school with honors and a high gpa. Currently working at a dental office with a dentist/ an implant specialist. Currently a student studying dentistry but I have passed all science related course with exceptional grades and have tutored at a community college.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
A student would usually be able to tell if a teacher is helping from the start. Trust your gut feeling , if a teacher for any reason makes you uncomfortable, find another. Best way to learn is to be comfortable and feel that you want to learn.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Question everything. Even if it's a concept the student has down perfectly. Practice it and ask about it, even if it's just to reinforce what you already know.
