I am an independent contractor who can give individualized instruction for those students who are being affected by the COVID19 social distancing and school closures. I have a teaching credential front the State of Oregon to teach Secondary (middle and high school) Social Studies curricula.

1) Get to know the student
A) Where are they in the school year education
B) Where are their strengths
C) How do they learn best
2) Create a curriculum with a scope and sequence that is individualized for them and to keep them in sync with Oregon State expectations and standards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been substituting for 2 years and have had two long term subbing positions where I taught Social Studies for many months. I wish to be of service during these unique times with COVID19 sequestering.

I have worked with all kinds of students from many social, economic, religious, and ancestral backgrounds.
