I have extensive experience in general academic writing (I received my degree in English Literature and wrote a thesis on themes of monstrosity in late Victorian literature) and business writing (I worked for 8 years writing and editing instructional and marketing materials professionally). Throughout my professional career, I've also taught and tutored writing to learners with a wide range of educational backgrounds.

I spent 5 years teaching elementary school in Southern California and a half year in China and Thailand. I am currently a guest teacher in both the Evergreen and Vancouver Public school districts. I have been in this position actively for the past 5 years. I have a Masters degree in Educational Literacy. I possess a Business Administration degree, with a major in Accounting and minor in Marketing Management. I have worked in financial management positions for over 18 years.
