What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to get to know my students. From there, I find out what the student is currently working on and try to pinpoint where the student is having trouble. From there, I design an instructional stategy that will foster comprehension in the given area.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a public school Science teacher for 8 years and have been training in the private sector for six teaching adult learners.
