Peterson Tutoring

As a fourth-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Oklahoma, I bring over four years of tutoring experience across all K–12 subjects. Because this material is still fresh and relevant to my own academic work, I’m able to explain concepts clearly, accurately, and in ways that truly connect with students.

I’ve worked with learners ranging from kindergarten through high school seniors, and I make it a priority to get to know each student individually—their strengths, challenges, and personal academic goals. I adapt my teaching style to fit each student’s needs, offering quick and efficient explanations for those who want fast results, or slower, more methodical instruction for students who want a deeper understanding of the material.

I also value open communication with parents and actively welcome feedback. My approach is flexible, and I’m happy to adjust methods and focus areas to align with both student and parental goals.
