Hi! My name is Lizzie Mengucci and I am so excited to work with your child! I hold a Master's degree in Elementary Education and have been teaching for eight years with classroom experience spanning first through fifth grade. My graduate studies deepened my understanding of how children learn and gave me the tools to meet every student right where they are. Over the years I have had the privilege of working with students across a wide range of learning styles and ability levels and I truly love watching children grow in confidence as learners. For the past five years I have also worked as a tutor helping students build strong skills in math, reading, and writing. I know firsthand how much one on one attention can make in a child's learning journey. Most recently I have taken on one of the most rewarding roles of my life as a dedicated homeschool mom. Homeschooling my own children has deepened my passion for personalized education and given me a whole new perspective on meeting each child right where they are. Whether your child needs help breaking through a tough phonics concept, building math fluency, or growing as a writer I am here to help them succeed one lesson at a time.
