I'm a Math education major at OU so I am being taught how to effectively teach math. I've tutored before through other services and people I tutor usually increase their grade. I enjoy helping people better understand math. That's just my passion and why I want to be a math educator.

I am an Junior science education major at the University of Oklahoma. I have a 4.0. I have taken Physics 1, Physics 2, Calculus 1, Calculus 2, and Calculus 3 and have recieved an A in all of these courses. I have a lot of experience tutoring both high school and college students. Unlike most of the tutors you'll find here I am still pursuing my education and taking math courses (just finished the last calculus class I can take) for an architectural engineering degree from OU. Because it's been so recent I know how the classes are and I'm still hip with the kids- since I am one. I figured out how much I enjoy tutoring while helping a date with her homework. Professor Daniel Benton has taught at Oklahoma City Community College for over ten years, and would very much like to help students struggling with math who are willing to come work with him at the OCCC campus. Daniel has a Masters degrees from UT Austin in Mathematics Education and a Masters Degree in Mathmatics from OU in Norman. I am happy to tutor students at the OCCC campus, but I cannot tutor students currently taking a course that I teach.
