Brooklynn Tutoring
About
I am a UCO nursing student. I graduated from Santa Fe high school in 2017 with a 4.0 GPA. I always loved teaching and actually wanted to be a teacher for a very long time until I discovered my even stronger love for science and healthcare. My best (and favorite) subjects are science and English, though I can also help with math, social social studies etc. I also have a lot of tips for college essays and scholarship applications that I would love to share, the process is hard enough, no need to go through it alone!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I get acquainted with the student first. I introduce myself and ask them a few questions about themselves to make them feel comfortable, then jump right in. I always ask what they think they are best at, and what they think they need help with. I would guide them through their work giving education when necessary, making sure to encourage them along the way. I am always sure to make sure that they know I am there to help, not to do their work for them and not because they aren’t capable of doing it on their own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of babysitting and nannying, during which I would tutor as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Standard abot $20/hr , this is negotiable
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with ages from 8-15
