Hello,

I am excited to get to work with you and your family. Before anything else, the most important part as your teacher is the personal relationship we are able to form. Once that is established, everything else comes together. I want your student to know that above all, they are cared for. My desire is to create a fun and engaging environment, where students are eager to join and participate. I hope we are able to do as much laughing and smiling, as we are learning.

I have my bachelor’s degree in elementary education, and my master’s degree in educational leadership. I also have my certificate in special education mild/ moderate, and I am LETRS certified (science of reading two year program). I have taught every age range, from PK up to 12th. I have been teaching for seven years, and I would say my specialties are teaching foundational reading skills, as well as state testing skills, standards, and overall prep.
