About
I am a current Masters student at Rice Unviersity getting my degree in Bioengineering and over the course of my eduction I have realized how information can be presented to students differently and how everyone has their own pace of learning. With this in mind, I have been able to tailor my education style to a variety of people that I have tutored previously and this has helped them learn material better and faster than they would have through teachers.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Firstly, I sit down with the student and understand where the issues are and attempt to solve any issues. I tend to bring things back around to the bigger picture in order to help the student visualize the purpose of what they are doing. Then I aim to help explain concepts in terms that the student will understand the best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My pursuit of a bachelors degree in biochemistry with a minor in biomedical engineering has required me to take university level chemistry and biology courses (for example: Analytical chemistry, Organic Chemistry 2, Biochemistry 2, Pathogenic microbiology and Genetics). Furthermore I am on the pre-med track so I can help with students who are on a similar career path.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with Middle school, High school and College level students
