Dr. Dorothy Reppy

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Middle School Education (4-9 math, science, ELA; 4-6 social studies). I was initially hired as a 7th grade science teacher. During my twelve years working in middle school, I taught 7th grade science, 6th & 8th grade language arts, coached volleyball and basketball, and officiated volleyball and track. During this time I completed my Master’s in Teaching in Curriculum and Instruction, K-12 Reading Endorsement, Administration License, and my Educational Doctoral Degree .

After twelve years in middle school, I transitioned into the PBIS Specialist role for a year and then I became an assistant administrator. Since becoming an administrator, I also contribute to our district’s professional development and my school has been awarded multiple accolades attributing to our success with data-driven decisions rooting in PBIS:.
