What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process is to discover a basis of knowledge for the subject and to enhance that knowledge. As every person learns and operates differently, it is always the goal to discover the ideal method of learning crafted for said person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a year of tutoring experience prior including advanced education in Spanish and Linguistic Studies.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies based on what exactly is being completed in the lessons.
Online sessions: $15/hr
In-person sessions: $20/hr
AP crash course sessions: $25/hr (online: $20/hr)
Workbooks that I use are provided at no additional cost for the client to use in and/or out of sessions.
How did you get started teaching?
I began tutoring with my freshman teacher in high school when she observed my passion for languages and the ease with which I learn them.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with special ed students, highschool students, and junior high students.
