About
As a Deaf American Sign Language Master Tutor - I have three levels of tutor certificates, Tutor Level I, II, and III (Master) level from Clackamas Community College. I've taught online from all over the world via a web-cam. My expertise and passion is teaching people ASL using all means of tools and methods that suits to individual's learning style. I've helped many students who failed their classes or QE or NIC tests and they've passed with flying colors. I don't lecture but SHOW how ASL is done. My speciality is also with students who has learning differences - as I have LD myself, so I understand how they learn. I also help Deaf or HoH students to improve elementary English grammar, spelling & reading skills.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I evaluate the student's signing skills if they're already taken or currently taking ASL classes to assess what areas needs to be improved thus saving us a lot of time and energy.
Then we decide together which ASL textbook and/or online curriculum to use and go through each units until fluently mastered. Some students only need help with their homework assignments, improving their lectures, songs, or get prepped for a test. I tailor each student's according to their needs.
