About
We strive to help our clients succeed regardless of the starting point! We have over 10 years in educational experience including virtual tutoring, pre-k through post-doctorate curriculum design, test prep, educational advising and college and graduate student education.
The TutorMD, Dr. Christen Johnson has experiences all levels of education and understand the needs of those with difficult schedules and circumstances. She strives to make learning fun and timing flexible and specializes in working with gifted students as well as students in academic emergency and with previous difficulties that have resulted in decreased confidence.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Prior to the first session, the student will complete a learning styles inventory. The first session is an assessment of what the needs of the student are and we discuss goals and scheduling. Shortly after, the student will receive a tutoring plan for the next 2 months before reassessment will occur.
