Elisa Cox

I am in my senior year of college; I am a double major in English and Exercise Science. I began tutoring in March 2022, and have worked with elementary school level children from Kindergarten to 5th grade. My teaching background originated in coaching sports, specifically Taekwondo and Wrestling, but after tutoring English for the first time, I developed a love for teaching academics too. I have experience with teaching reading and writing skills. It is important to me that children have fun when learning since it encourages creativity and developing critical thinking skills. My goal is to help children reach their academic goals while enjoying the learning process!
