Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Take a diagnostic exam to assess what method should be used to increase LSAT Score, and then creating a document of all missed questions based on category and difficulty, tailoring a strategical approach to not only improving the weaker parts of the stuent, but capitalizing on strengths. Drilling logic games, blind reviewing and then reviewing logic game sections specifically to cover all types of games and gain familiarity with each type of logic game along with the setup that best suits it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a law student at George Mason University. I self-studied and read multiple LSAT strategical textbooks, along with taking all available practive tests to study. I took multiple symbolic logic courses at Ohio University to develop a deep understanding of logic and reasoning. I scored in the 99.9th percentile (179) on the October 2021 LSAT Exam.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
How did you get started teaching?
After achieving a score in the top 0.1% of test takers, I went on to help multiple friends and classmates prepare for the LSAT.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types of undergraduate students, with a diverse range of race, ethnicity, and skill level.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The best trait of a strong LSAT tutor goes beyond their score. The ability to explain and drill concepts which underlay the foundation of the test, along with doing so in an easily digestible manner is by far the most important trait of a LSAT Tutor.
