As a current college student earning a bachelor's and master's degree in Education, I am very familiar with all K-12 materials and have experience teaching them. I am also earning my TESOL certification, Special Education License for K-8, and a reading specialist certification. I have tutored for 8 years and I am currently student teaching in an elementary school once a week for the entire year. I took mostly AP and Honors level classes in High School so I am able to tutor in all of the classes I took. I also speak fluent French and know a basic level of Spanish.

I am eager to work with all students and will welcome a challenge! When working with students, I always get to know the student and what their goals with the sessions are. I also listen to parent/guardian input and feedback (if applicable) and will change my sessions to reflect these inputs. My aim as a tutor is to make students comfortable and eager to learn while also producing tangible results that improve the student's academics.
