With over three years of experience in higher education and career advising, I am a skilled career development professional dedicated to empowering students and alumni to achieve their career goals. Currently, I work as an Assistant Director and Career Advisor, where I provide personalized, one-on-one coaching on a variety of topics, including resume and cover letter writing, interview strategies, salary negotiations, and job searching. I also lead classroom presentations on career-related topics like workplace culture, professional networking, and LinkedIn utilization.
Throughout my career, I have supervised and trained peer career coaches, managed academic advising for hundreds of students, and supported various university career events and initiatives.
