About
I graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2016 with high marks and a passion for teaching. I worked in a school district for several years as a professional in-school reading tutor. Now that I am a stay-at-home mom, I'm looking to continue teaching but with a more flexible schedule. I love helping students grasp the foundational skills for literacy! It's so rewarding to me when something finally clicks and all things reading become easier.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I will evaluate where a student is at in his or her learning journey. We'll do some basic assessments and preliminary work to determine where we need to get started. Next, we'll design a format/schedule for how we'll take on whatever it is the student is struggling with. Finally, we'll efficiently tackle our learning goal in an organized and efficient way to reach success!
