Hello! CALLING ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS!!! My name is Dani and I am an ACT Test Prep Coach. With over 20 years experience as a classroom teacher, tutor, supervisor, and local small business owner I will provide a fun and engaging, in-depth virtual approach PLUS provide methods to ease the burden of test anxiety! I, too, had test anxiety so understand the difficulties students face while taking these exams.
I have always had a passion to improve students' academic performance since I was a college student at the prestigious HBCU, Central State University! ❤️💛❤️💛

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students will complete a questionairre that asks questions regarding their academic standing (i.e. highest math level, IEP, 504, etc.). With this information, I will have a better idea on how to provide appropriate instruction. Enrolled students are instructed to take a pretest if a test hadn't been completed. Upon completion of the test, a score report will be generated and then the fun begins!😃👏🏽
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years, total, of tutoring experience. In college, I assisted college freshman in English courses; later I was a tutor for ACT and SAT prep-in addition to being a high school English teacher; then I was a Coordinator for a K12 tutorial program under the No Child Left Behind act.
