I am a Senior at The Ohio State University studying Mechanical Engineering. I have a long background of helping teach my home-schooled younger sister as well as tutoring peers throughout highschool.
I love helping others with math and having the opportunity to help kids learn and progress in their education. I would love to tutor students in various mathematical topics, provide help with homework assignments, and even help in areas such as improving the student's math ACT score.

-Discuss topic that student is struggling with / look over homework assignment that student is having trouble completing

How did you get started teaching?
As long as I can remember I have been helping teach my younger sister in all subjects.
What types of students have you worked with?
Elementary, middle school, and high school
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone that is very patient. It can be hard to grasp a topic, however, with a patient tutor you can practice multiple repetitions and make progress towards a full understanding of the material.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
-What am I struggling with?
-Do I have examples of homework assignments?
-Do I have any previously graded homework’s I could share?
-Is there a test or exam coming up that I need help preparing for?
