What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially, it is important to evaluate a student's current abilities, including weaknesses to address. Secondly, I take the time to develop a plan, in conjunction with the student and their parent(s)/guardian, to help the student improve and achieve their goals. Finally, I create or gather tools and materials that will be utilized during my tutoring of the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and an MBA. Additionally, I have 3 years of coaching students ages 8-14.
