Hello! I'm Ms. Minkus and I am a Middle School Science and Health teacher. I have been teaching students of all ages for 7 years, and have been science teacher for 3. I have a degree in Professional Education and a Non-Tax teaching certification through the state of Ohio.

My goal is not only to educate, but to inspire the next generation of scientists. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My number one goal when working with a new student is to develop rapport and to understand their learning style. I have found when a student is comfortable, they are more likely to have confidence in themselves and take more risks.
