Oxalis STEM Tutoring

I take an individualized approach to tutoring, customizing it to the student's needs. I do this by identifying where the student needs the most help and determining how best to provide that assistance. Everyone learns a little bit differently, so tutoring can't be approached in a one-size-fits-all fashion!

Tutoring is one of my passions! Working one-on-one with students and seeing them gain confidence in the material is immensely rewarding to me. I have three years of tutoring experience in various subjects, including chemistry, biochemistry, biology, anatomy, intro Japanese, and MCAT prep. I am familiar with various strategies on how to do well on the MCAT, and I achieved a score I was happy with. I scored 94th percentile overall, and most notably I scored 99th percentile in CARS. I graduated with my three bachelors degrees in biology, geology, and liberal arts as well as my minors in chemistry, medical sciences, and Japanese language and culture in May of 2020.
