I am presently guiding students of 4th and 5th graders for Destination Imagination challenge. My younger daughter who is a 4th grader introduced me to this wonderful group of children and I think I have found my true calling.

I have a Masters in Statistics and I have started my career teaching Mathematics to engineering students.

I have over 9 years of experience in the research and practice of statistical modeling.

Corporate and retail training experience of over 400 hours in Statistical modeling, Regression and Predictive Analysis, and Applied statistics with SAS and R within HP Enterprise, and other companies such as Ernst & Young, Helios Matheson, and leading training institutes such as Edvancer.

Strong post-graduate research background in statistics with journal publications and research papers.

Recently worked as a manager in the data science group of 24/7 Innovation Labs where I worked on the prediction and implementation of different analytical and ML models in the web analytics domain.

Prior to this I worked as a data scientist with HP Enterprise, Analytics and Data management Labs on telecom analytics, design of automated analytics engine, and also designing and developing training program for up-skilling of the data labs team in different areas of analytics.

I love most to be in the company of young kids, teaching and learning from them. It's also very challenging to clear their concepts in a fun way which makes it so interesting

I love their enthusiasm when they discover and learn new things

I think after all these years of corporate jobs, this is the phase I am enjoying the most and there is no going back
