I am passionate about meeting your child at his/her point of need. I have been tutoring privately for over 10 years and I have had the opportunity to work with many families and students with all kinds of needs and styles of learning.
I enjoy seeing students go from having hatred and disdain towards school to wanting to do better, becoming confident and even enjoying the subject.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin with a free 15 min consulation. ( Done via Zoom)
Next, Our first session consists of an assessment to see where the student is at academically and where instruction needs to begin. ( Sessions take place via Zoom)
Then, regular sessions can be scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Special and Regular Education for grades 1-6
I worked as a classroom teacher for four years.
I have been tutoring students privately for the past 10 years in Reading, Writing and Math.
What types of students have you worked with?
Students in Regular Education as well as students with Disabilities (Autistic Spectrum)
