I am a resident physician, and I have had extensive experience tutoring high school students in the maths and sciences as well we college and career advising.
I love working with the student to identify their individual needs and tailoring our work to best suit the learning style of the student.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I prefer speaking to the student to learn more about why they want tutoring and what their goals are for our sessions. Then we can discuss the best approaches moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's in Integrated Biology and Physiology and am currently a 4th year medical student in New York. I have worked as a high school maths and science teacher and tutored for more than 5 years prior to starting medical school.
