About

I am a tutor who enjoys working on mathematical problems and intrigued by how math have solved so many of our daily problems.

I have taught math for more than 5 years while still learning it in school so I can feel where students get stuck with most of the time.

I am planning to teach math in a way to make sure my students understand the fundamental concepts behind every question that enables them solve similar problems while understanding what they are all about and how to go about them.

It's time to XcelYou in doing the math you loved and acing the tests and exams that used to scare you.

I like the feeling I get when I finally solve a problem that I thought was difficult at first. I also like to see my student's delight after learning a new concept.

    I loved working with XcelYou Math Tutoring because he was able to help me understand complex math problems that I toke in my algebra 2 class very well. He has the ability to give a clear verbal way of understanding the math problem that your looking at and solving it slowly to follow along. When I would comeback from school, frustrated and confused about what I learned in my math class, I would ask him to help me. He was able to break down the math problems at a microscopic level so I would understand, which I most definitely did.     I like to introduce the topic that relates to a certain question briefly before solving any question so it can make much more sense to the student what I am trying to do

    I have a bachelor's degree in mathematics.

    I charge $25 an hour or per session. I don't stop the session untill the student understands the concept even if it passed the allotted time. I am sure it will be worth it for sure.

    I voluntarily started teaching math to students who needed help at the time and realized I can make a good tutor based on the experience I've had and the feedbacks I got from my students.
