About
My goal is to make learning fun for kids, have a good time while still teaching them. Not only be their tutor, but to also build a relationship with them. The reason why I love tutoring kids is because I get to have a positive, inspiring impact on children's lives. I achieve this by being kind, patient, caring, empathic, passionate and funny. I've been teaching little kids for 2 years now and I love seen their growth. I teach kids how to read, write, math, etc, and since I'm bilingual I can also reach them Spanish.

I absolutely enjoy seeing how a child's mind grows while they get feeded with knowledge. See how they enjoy learning when you make it fun. All kids are awesome and they should all be given the opportunity to have a great tutor.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process for working with a new student is getting to know them first and for them to get comfortable with me too. Also get to know their biggest academic strengths and weaknesses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm still a high school student so I am still studying too. Learning is a life long process, and I believe that when you stop learning you stop growing, so we should never do so.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
This can be discussed with the parents.

How did you get started teaching?
I became a tutor after school. Everyday I would go to a child's house and teach him/her for 1 to 2 hours.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with pre-k, first grade and 2nd grade students.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students and if young ones, with the help of their parents should examine themselves and see in what areas they need improvements. And express their concerns with their teachers and always be willing to learn.
