Weldon Writes!
About
Hello, there! I am so excited to begin working on writing and literature assignments with you! Getting some tutoring in high school was a game-changer for me, and set me on the career path I am on today--helping others to reach their full potential in the world of literature!
I have several years of teaching experience, been published twice, and have written hundreds of stories and essays. I have almost finished my Bachelor's degree in English and Creative Writing and look forward to continuing my career as a writer, editor, and teacher.
I strive for excellence in all that I do, and hope to help you reach your goals as solidly, quickly, and easily, as possible.
I could not love the world of writing and books more. When I as in high school, I was tutored for my writing, and it opened up a whole new world for me. I want to do the same for others as we conquer fears, overcome obstacles, and learn together!

How did you get started teaching?
I got started volunteering as a teacher and a teacher's assistant when I was in high school. This was, at first, an obligation, but soon teaching grade school children became one of the most fulfilling experiences I have enjoyed!
What types of students have you worked with?
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Before you hire me, think about what you would like to learn. What goals would you like to accomplish? By the end of our time together, what do you want to be able to do? Once I know what your goals are, then we can work together to set up a manageable pace and productive targets specifically tailored to your hopes.
