Frequently asked questions

For the past 3 years, I've tutored and taught kindergarten, 5th grade, 6th grade, and 8th grade students at low-income and inner city St. Louis schools. I tutored students in math and reading retention and worked in groups of 2-3 to teach custom lessons on design process thinking and environmental issues.

I have 3 pricing segments based on the student's age: elementary, middle school, or high school and standardized test prep.

I started tutoring with Washington University through working with a professor who is passionate about improving education in St. Louis public schools.

Elemtary and middle school students in low-income and charter schools around St. Louis.

One of my kindergarten students excelled at a money and budgeting related math class and proceeded to help the other 7 students in the group count and sort coins. It amazed me to see how willing she was to offer help rather than choosing to be competitive with the other kids.
