I'm an Indian and Asian, I think that is enough qualification. Jokes aside I have completed my higher level (university level) courses with good scores.

It depends on the students but it won't be more than the average.

I started teaching my younger sister and found out I really am good at it.

The most important one is whether the teacher will help the student out until the mastery of the topics being taught.
