Dear future students:

I'm a very efficient and caring instructor with many years teaching experience. I'm truly enjoying teaching students. I have a great patience dealing with students who have a learning difficulty or young aged. I try to make a fun lesson by giving a clarification and repeated practice.

I have specialized in teaching Asian languages(Japanese and Korean) since 2013. There are many bilingual families who have children born in the U.S. I have taught English to Asian students. I also taught few Chinese students because of my background knowledge on Chinese character and language. It's very important to repeat in learning foreign language. I'm very good in giving a good example to clarify some concepts. I teach a good study skills to organize materials. I hope to hear from you soon.

I enjoy my time helping students to learn and grow. I'm dealing any students with lots of patience and courtesy. It's my best experience when students are clarified by giving example and they improve in learning. I'm very motivated to find new materials and teaching methods. I work for my students.

    I have been taking Korean lessons with Ms. Kim for about two years now, and not only is she very patient with me, but she also makes sure I completely understand the lesson before moving on to the next.     Excellent Language Tutor
    Seukyung, who is a native Korean speaker, is an excellent Korean language tutor. She has taught my teenage daughter (who had never spoken Korean) for 8 months. Seukyung is warm and personable, as well as precise and professional. She is helping my daughter build a solid foundation for speaking Korean, working with her on correct and precise pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary. Seukyng is also very responsive and flexible. Her weekly summaries to me about my daughters progress, levels achieved and planned lessons are invaluable. I recommend Seukyung very highly. Im so happy we found her.

    Personalized and comprehensive
    I have been uncertain of my level for a long time, so sometimes I waste time on textbooks that arent suited to me. But with Miss Kims help, I am working with a mix of materials that will help me work on the goals that I have and improve the weaknesses I have. We worked on basic grammar and then built up to more complex sentence structure and also looked at more uncommon vocabulary to help strengthen mine all in one lesson.

    ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT TUTOR!
    Seukyung is way more than I ever expected of a Japanese Tutor! Seukyung spent an exuberant amount of time with my son and myself before my son began his lessons.
