I am experienced in tutoring English and Russian languages to non-native speakers. Being an English learner myself, I was able to learn the language within the first couple of months due to my own strategy which included a mix of different techniques.
One of the biggest accomplishments I am very proud of is my experience in tutoring English to a high schooler who has moved to the US recently. Because of our intensive tutoring sessions, he did well in his English section of the SAT and was accepted into a four-year university.
As a tutor, I am more than happy to share those unique techniques with you to ensure that you are also able to learn English or Russian very easily!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First of all, I schedule an online meeting (via Zoom) with a new student. I want to hear their level of proficiency, understand their goals and reasoning behind starting their new language journey. I want to know WHY they want to learn a new language and WHY they want to get tutored. I also want to hear what they expect from ME as their tutor in order to create a unique tutoring system for that particular student and to customize our sessions for the best outcome possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an experienced ESL tutor. I have been an ESL tutor for 3 years and am looking forward to helping more people learn the language and improve their professional/personal lives since English became an essential language to know in modern work market.

I charge $20 an hour for a lesson. I want to make the educational process as accessible as possible.
