I first see what their core knowledge is, diagnose where they are having the most difficulty and dig in to fix any psychological negativity towards the subject.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Spanish in college, and taught it and other subjects for 30 years. I ended my career as an assistant principal.
