I am a dedicated and experienced tutor with over a decade of teaching and mentoring students from elementary school through college. My tutoring journey began in high school, where I helped peers and younger students excel in math, science, and standardized test preparation. Since then, I have continued to build my expertise by serving as a teacher’s assistant in both Biology and Math courses at Stony Brook University, while also providing private tutoring in a wide range of subjects.
Currently, I am a student at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and tutor part-time, supporting learners with subjects including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, Living Environment, Chemistry, Physics, History, and advanced college-level Biology and Biochemistry. I specialize in preparing students for exams such as the SHSAT, Regents, and Common Core assessments.
My approach focuses on making complex concepts clear and engaging while tailoring lessons to each student’s unique learning style. Students can expect patience, encouragement, and strategies that build confidence alongside academic success.
