About
Hi everyone I love teaching kids and adults. I am doing a winter SPECIAL DISCOUNT LOW PRICE first lesson, try me out for only $16 (about 50% off depending on subject). I am great at ESL lessons and I really enjoy doing that type of lesson. I am also a good conversation teacher. I have 7+ years of teaching all ages online and in person. I have worked with many Asian English learning students. I also speak Spanish which can help and knowing other languages gives me insight to what the ESL students are going through. I am great for writing lessons. I am located in Queens, New York. I had many English learners where I lived before in Great Neck. I helped them improve their vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence structure, reading, writing and more. The families in Great Neck are all very happy with the work I did there. I use physical demonstrations to teach language to new language learners. I have a BFA from the University of California with a minor in Spanish. I lived in Madrid, España for a while which helped me increase my Spanish knowledge. I've done art ever since I was a small kid.

I was a substitute teacher for 4+ years in elementary schools in the Los Angeles area. I have recently returned to teaching and tutoring.

I have worked with American students, international students and a few students with ADHD and other learning challenges.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was working with one student who has ADHD and he had trouble focusing. I was proud that we did about 10-15 minutes of each lesson and he would walk around and play. I was able to refocus his efforts every 10 to 15 minutes and we got through his lessons.
