Creating an enviorment where the student can feel comfortable learning on his / her own is the most rewarding part about studying. Stuyding is all a mindset game. I love to spark motivation and give students that extra nudge they need to excel.
I enjoy tutoring because it reminds me what tutoring has provided me. At times, my tutor would provide me with that extra confidence and habits that keep my studying organized and efficient. I want every student to feel as if they know what to expect on a test and stimulate test like enviorment while studying.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically ask the student to provide the class materials such as a syllabus that contains topics for the class. I will then ask what the goal is for the tutoring session, as a more questions-oriented practice approach can be given, or a more detailed orientated session can be done. I will ask the student which style of tutoring he/she feels more comfortable in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have graduted Binghamton Univeristy with a BS in Biological Science in 2021 and Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2022 with a MS in Interdisciplinary Studies in Biological and Physical Sciences.

How did you get started teaching?
I was first intorduced with teaching during my junior year at Binghamton Univeristy where I started working as a Physical Lab TA.
