I love helping students navigate difficult math problems and helping them succeed in their math courses. I have been a tutor for almost 4 years and i have worked with a wide range of students. I always find that tutoring helps us both because we all learn from each other.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have a conversation to see what they want my help with, then as we progress i can make a plan to help strengthen their abilities where i notice some dificulties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college student that excels in Mathematics, Science, History, and English courses. I have consistently tested out of these courses and would like to help other students attain this luxury.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I like to make my prices based on length of the class as opposed to a flat rate. some students may require longer classes, so i would charge more in that case as opposed to a student who takes a 30 minute class.

How did you get started teaching?
i began tutoring wile in highschool and it has been an amazing experience. all of my friends did well throughout our sessions and i want to help other students the same way i helped them.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students all the way up to 12th grade. i have experience tutoring my brother since he was in 3rd grade and i have tutored younger students throughout the summers. I am very patient and adjust my lesson to each individual student and their learning process.
